A perforated flap that breaks on opening cannot be resealed without identifying that the documents or package has been tampered with.

If you want to discourage people from opening your confidential correspondence, you should mail it in LockSafe®. A two-part seal on the flap breaks down when opened. When you seal it again, an 'opened' message shows under the flap.
